Join Our Production Team

We are looking for a Team Leader to support our production team and help us deliver high-quality products safely and on time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, support your team, solve problems, and help keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you will:

1. Lead and support a team on the production floor.
2. Make sure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
3. Help train and develop team members.
4. Monitor quality and ensure work is completed to the required standard.
5. Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities.
6. Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
7. Manage attendance, holidays, and day-to-day staffing requirements.
8. Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

1. At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
2. Good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Ability to organise work and solve problems.
4. Understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Desirable

1. Previous Team Leader, Line Leader, or Supervisory experience.
2. Engineering or Manufacturing qualification.
3. Experience training and supporting others.
4. Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing training.
