What You’ll Do
• Follow job instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
• Monitor product quality and report defects immediately
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards, including correct PPE use
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Participate in relevant training and cross-training
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Basic education level 
• Basic spoken and written English sufficient to understand work instructions and communicate with your team
• Commitment to safe working practices

Desirable:

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, despatch, logistics, or electrical environment
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
