What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Following job instructions and standard operating procedures
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the production team
• Participating in training and cross-skilling opportunities
• Supporting continuous improvement activities

Essential Requirements

• Basic level of education
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Reliable attendance and timekeeping

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, logistics or electrical assembly
• Experience operating production equipment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience working within quality-controlled environments
• Multi-skilled experience across different production functions
